Once signed in, the user is taken to our easy-to-use client area, where they can manage their Virtual Private Server (VPS).

Single Sign -On (Onboarding for Students & Lecturers)

We have created the ultimate platform to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) to your students. Allowing onboarding and service login with the student’s university login details (No more remembering extra passwords!).
We have designed the system in such a way that we can alter the platform to any method of authentication, be it Azure Active Directory, ADFS or Oauth (over 500 authentication methods supported).

Student Management

Our custom-built (Student Web Host Manager) lecturer dashboard allows lecturers to manage all student accounts and see their VPS services.

The lecturer dashboard allows lecturers to single sign-on to any student accounts, for ease of marking.

Automation that just works

After the onboarding process, the account stays with the user until you tell us to close the account via a custom API.
Student accounts are automatically approved.
An API is provided for the university to tell us when the student has finished, this propagates through our systems to remove their account.

Public IPv4 Address

Each VPS Service is auto-allocated a public IP address from our pool of IP addresses. Students can manage their IP address through our control panel.

Supporting your Students every step of the way

Students, teachers, and school account holders have access to our fantastic support via email/phone and our ticketing system.
Each school receives a support portal linked to the student’s client area, where responses are recorded, monitored against Key performance indicators, and responded to within 24 hours.
Live chat is integrated throughout the dedicated solution, making support quick and easy.
